General Terms

National Poster Prints guarantees to do its utmost to ensure availability of the services of Poster Prints. A temporary interruption of the services is, however, possible for technical reasons. National Poster Prints will make every effort to inform its customers as efficiently as possible about the nature and duration of any interruptions, but shall incur no liability whatsoever in the event that its services are unavailable. Similarly, National Poster Prints cannot guarantee the reliability and quality of the Internet outside its own premises.

National Poster Prints has a powerful infrastructure for saving data (images, etc.). This should make it possible to restore the integrity of the stored data, even in the event of a serious fault. However, National Poster Prints shall incur no liability whatsoever in the event of data losses. The user shall keep a safe copy of the transferred files on his side. The images files are deleted from National Poster Prints's file database latest 30 days after the processing of the order.

In the event of loss or damage to data storage medium or photographs, the liability of National Poster Prints shall be limited to the replacement of the medium by new material of equivalent quality.

National Poster Prints gives those warranties implied by consumer protection legislation in relation to the Goods. All other warranties are excluded to the extent permitted by law.
If the Customer suffers loss or damage in connection with the Goods the liability of National Poster Prints will, at the option of National Poster Prints, be limited to:
-the resupply of the Goods; or
-the payment of the cost to resupply of the Goods.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of South Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. The parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of South Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any proceeding brought in the Federal Court of Australia must be instituted in the South Australian District Registry.

Image Quality

The user should note that he or she will be charged for ordered printing of an image even where the image submitted is of insufficient quality to produce a sharp, clear and/or true colour image.

Lamination

Our printed posters can be laminated but you will need to ask for COLD lamination so that it sticks to the solvent based inks. HOT (cheap) lamination will not stick to full colour prints.

Pricing

All prices are Australian Dollars and include GST. Pricing is subject to alteration and publication without prior notice.

Payment Terms

Payment is due with all orders, orders are dispatched via Australia Post once payment has been cleared. Payment must be made in full, in Australian Dollars only. If paying by direct debit please advise by email or mail your payment lodgement details.

Credit Cards

In order to protect our customers from credit card fraud, we verify billing information with your credit card company BEFORE processing your order. Please be aware that our servers record the unique IP address that a browser transmits when requesting a page download which can be used by law enforcement officials to identify a person committing credit card fraud, even if that person does not provide his or her real name.

Delivery Times / Insurance

All delivery times and dates are estimates and National Poster Prints does not commit to any specific delivery times or dates. The liability of National Poster Prints in connection with the provision, non-provision or late or defective provision of services under these terms and conditions or the submission of images by users shall in no event exceed the price paid by the customer in respect of the relevant images for the relevant printing services.

Postage choices are:

Regular Parcel Post - uninsured and approx 2-3 day delivery time dependant on your mailing address. Some rural areas may take slightly longer than this.
Express Post - uninsured and next working day delivery in capital cities and metro area, and nominated areas. Check this page from Australia Post for more information.
Registered Post - same delivery time as Parcel Post, and includes insurance to $100.

Goods are packed carefully before mailing and we will notify you by email when the goods have been dispatched. Despite all the care, we cannot be held responsible for damage or delays to orders by a third party. Goods are shipped at buyers risk, if goods are not received within 7 days of your notification of dispatch, please contact us and we will make every effort to track the goods but cannot be held responsible for losses in transit. The customer is also responsible for making every effort to recover the goods, and handle the goods carefully on receipt.

If you wish to have the goods securely shipped, choose the Registered Post option for your order, this will ensure logging of the goods and a trackable system to confirm delivery.

Prohibited Material for reproduction:

Generally, Prohibited material includes (without limitation) any of the following types of content:

National Poster Prints has the sole discretion to determine whether Content is Prohibited Material, and any Content submitted to the Service may be subject to examination from time to time. You acknowledge that although National Poster Prints does not and will not examine and review all Content submitted or transmitted to the Service, National Poster Prints has the absolute right (but not the obligation) to reject materials for any reason, at any time, without notice.

*Copyright of images to be reproduced

National Poster Prints can reproduce most photos, but we do not hold copyright on your photos and we cannot provide clearance. It is the client's responsibility to obtain copyright clearance from the photographer before reproducing any image. If you are the photographer then it is likely that you already have the copyright. If you are unsure about this please speak to your legal advisers. National Poster Prints accept no liablity for copyright infringement on files supplied by clients.

No Resale of Service

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any part of this Service, use of the service, or access to the Service for any commercial purposes.

Colour Reproduction

Colours on your screen/inkjet may be different to colours in print. We will endeavour to keep the colour accuracy of your images to known standards but cannot guarantee the colour reproduction will replicate your monitor or inkjet printer.
